Privacy Policy

AggHauler, LLC ("AggHauler," "we," "us") provides dispatch and fleet management software for aggregate haulers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the AggHauler web app, driver PWA, and marketing website (the "Services"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account data. Name, email, phone, company, role, subdomain, and password (hashed).
• Operational data. Projects, job sites, assignments, trucks, drivers, contractor companies, load tickets, chat messages, and status updates that your organization enters into the platform.
• Location data. When drivers use the PWA and enable location, we collect GPS coordinates to power dispatch, ETA, and geofence features.
• Device and log data. IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs.
• Payment data. Handled by Stripe. We store subscription status and the last four digits of the card, not full card numbers.

2. How we use information

• Operate the Services, including dispatch, mapping, chat, and notifications.
• Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent abuse.
• Process subscriptions, invoices, and receipts.
• Send transactional email (password reset, receipts, demo confirmations, plan changes).
• Improve reliability, performance, and the user experience.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

3. Who sees your data

Data entered by a company (tenant) is scoped to that company. AggHauler staff may access data only to provide support, debug issues, or comply with law. We use trusted subprocessors including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and auth), Google Maps (mapping and routing), and email delivery providers to operate the Services.

4. Location and driver data

Location is used only while a driver is signed in and location is enabled on the device. Drivers can revoke location permission at any time through their browser or device settings. Location history is retained for operational reporting and is not sold.

5. Data retention

We retain account and operational data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for backups, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), role-based access controls, tenant isolation, and hosted infrastructure with SOC 2-audited providers. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

7. Your choices

• Access, correct, or delete data by contacting us or using in-app tools.
• Opt out of non-essential email at any time.
• Disable browser notifications, location, or microphone access at the device level.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
